The rooms here are clean and impressive, with comfortable large beds, and the food is fantastic with a generous breakfast offering a variety of hot and cold dishes.

Lively staff, excellent services, and cosy location right by the centre of Pattaya and pattaya centre ore south pattaya. Impressive and neat units with oven, fridge plus microwave.

The place is high quality and absolutely fantastic and has perfect location right on the center. They serve fabulous food, have variety of options to choose from...

Two discos in the neighborhood make noise until the night

The property was clean. the staff was polite and courteous. Our room was spotlessly clean and impressive with comfortable big beds. the location was nice and perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

We stayed in the deluxe room, and was exactly like the picture, the receptionist did speak good english which is a treat in Thailand. The swimming pool was also decent.

The breakfast the first day wasn't worth waking up for. Location not great but really that bad either.

We arrived late (almost midnight) and the staff around was very helpful. The rooms are quite big and clean. We got 3 rooms with pool view (2nd and 4th floor on a group tour). The poolside is also nice. Not just a standard pool. Certainly a hotel I will visit again.

The breakfast was awful. However, not that awful that I would not stay again.

Bella Villa Pattaya 3Rd Road in Pattaya is a high quality and clean place with an ideal and cosy location close to the bus terminal. It's conveniently situated near the beach road, the center, and the Go-go bars. it's only a short 4-6 minute walk away from a local park.

The staff and the room were very nice.

It was too far from the beach (25 minutes walking). However if you are on business, the location may be ok for you.

The swimming pool is nice, the small balcony, the inner court is full of trees.

All the front office staff knew to speak in English. Hotel located away from vehicular traffic noise. Very reasonable speed of internet and technician attending to internet break downs within reasonable time. girl friendly and no extra charges. Courteous employees and always willing to help to any enquiries.

Fitness thread mill not operational. Hot water stops in between while bathing. Massage and additional services provided by hotel contacts were higher than market price. CitiBank credit card was used only reservation. I paid using my bank debit card.

The location is quiet, just off Pattaya's bustling nightlife. the deluxe double room was a nice size with comfortable big beds. the staff were lively, amiable, and kept the place overall clean.
